Plans and billing
Free with 25 AI answers a month; Pro and Max are per person and raise the assistant's monthly allowance.
The plans

Every calendar feature is in every plan — routines, projects, goals, bookings, automations, integrations and the Chrome extension. The plans differ in the assistant's monthly allowance, and in whether you can bring other people in.
What counts as an AI answer
A reply written by the AI model: planning a week, reading an email, an open-ended question. These don't count, and stay unlimited on every plan:
- the quick actions (Plan my day, Find focus time, Review my week…),
- everyday requests the assistant handles itself — "What's on tomorrow?", "Move my 3pm to Friday", "Remind me to call the bank at 11",
- replies about what it just suggested — "yes", "the second one", "make it 4pm instead".
The count starts again on the 1st of every month (UTC). Clearing your chat history doesn't reset it. When you run out, the assistant says so; everything else keeps working.
Settings → Plan & billing shows how many you've used this month, and when the count starts again.
Teams and seats
Pro and Max are per person: everyone in your organization — you included — is a seat, and each person gets the plan's AI answers.

On Free it's just you: inviting someone into your organization needs Pro or Max. Guests who book time with you, and people you invite to an event, never need a seat.
Upgrading, adding seats, cancelling
In Settings → Plan & billing:
- Choose Pro / Choose Max — opens a secure checkout. On your own, this sets up your organization of one.
- Switch to Max / Switch to Pro — changes the plan straight away; the difference is prorated on your next invoice.
- Add a seat — make room before inviting someone.
- Manage billing — update your card, download invoices, change seats or cancel.
Only the organization's owner can change its plan. When someone else tries to invite a person and there's no seat free, they're told "The organization has no spare seat. Its owner can add one."
A cancelled plan lasts until the end of the period you paid for, then the organization is back on Free.
