Trello

Experimental. Integrations are still being tested. They may not run, or may give incomplete or wrong results — check anything important yourself, and tell us what goes wrong.

Connect Trello and choose boards. Their cards come into Daykite lists of your own, and new cards, renames, descriptions, due dates and finished cards follow within about ten minutes.

It needs Tasks switched on in Settings → Modules.

#Connect

Integrations → Trello → Connect Trello, then Allow on Trello's screen. Daykite asks for read access to your boards — it can't create, move or change cards.

#Choose boards

Choose lists on the Trello card shows your open boards. Tick the ones you want and pick a Daykite list for each.

#When is a card done?

A card counts as done when:

• its due date is ticked complete, or
• it's in a list whose name starts with Done, Complete, Completed or Finished.

Moving it out again reopens it in Daykite.

#What else comes across

• Due dates come across as dates; a card due at 16:00 on 5 October is due on 5 October here.
• Archived or deleted cards are removed from Daykite — unless they were already done, in which case they stay, ticked off, so clearing a Done list doesn't erase what you finished.
• Finished cards aren't brought in when you first connect.
• It's one way for now. Change cards in Trello; Daykite follows.

#Disconnect

Disconnect on the Trello card deletes Daykite's Trello token straight away. Cards already brought in stay in Daykite.
