Zoom
Create a Zoom link for any event in one click, and give every booking its own scheduled Zoom meeting automatically.
Experimental. Integrations are still being tested. They may not run, or may give incomplete or wrong results — check anything important yourself, and tell us what goes wrong.
Connect Zoom and Daykite can make Zoom meetings for you:
- On any event: Create a Zoom link under Call link schedules a meeting at the event's time and fills in the link.
- On bookings: a meeting type set to A new Zoom link for each booking gives every guest a meeting of their own.
Connect
Integrations → Zoom → Connect, then Allow on Zoom's screen. Daykite asks Zoom for two things only:

Daykite can't see your recordings, contacts or meeting history.
A Zoom link for an event
Open or create an event. Under Call link, choose Create a Zoom link. Daykite schedules a Zoom meeting with the event's title, time and length in your time zone, and puts the link in the field. Guests see Join the call.
A Zoom meeting for every booking
- Bookings → Booking page → a meeting type → Where.
- Video call → Zoom → A new Zoom link for each booking, and save.
When a guest books, Daykite schedules Chat with Ana Ruiz in your Zoom account, at the booked time and length. The link goes on the event, into the guest's confirmation email and calendar file, and onto the booking.
Disconnect
- In Daykite: Disconnect on the Zoom card, which also tells Zoom to forget Daykite's access.
- In Zoom: remove Daykite under Zoom App Marketplace → Manage → Added Apps. Daykite deletes the connection as soon as Zoom lets it know.
Either way, meetings already made keep working, and events keep their links.
If Zoom goes unused for 90 days, it stops accepting the connection; the card then shows Reconnect.
