Microsoft To Do

Bring your Microsoft To Do lists into Daykite lists of your own — due dates, importance and ticks included.

Experimental. Integrations are still being tested. They may not run, or may give incomplete or wrong results — check anything important yourself, and tell us what goes wrong.

Connect Microsoft To Do and choose which of its lists come into Daykite. Each one lands in a list of your own and stays in step: new tasks, renames, notes, due dates, importance and ticks made in To Do show up in Daykite within about ten minutes. It works with personal Microsoft accounts and work or school ones.

It needs Tasks switched on in Settings → Modules.

Connect

Integrations → Microsoft To Do → Connect Microsoft To Do. Microsoft asks for permission to read your tasks. Daykite can't change or delete anything in To Do. If Outlook is already connected, this adds to the same connection.

Choose lists

Choose lists on the To Do card shows every To Do list, including Tasks and Flagged email if you use them. Tick the ones you want, pick a Daykite list for each (or New list named after it), and Save and import.

What comes across

In To Do In Daykite
A new task A new task in the chosen list
Title, notes, due date Updated to match
Importance Priority: High stays high, Low stays low
Completed Marked done; reopening it reopens it here
Deleted Removed
  • Finished tasks aren't brought in when you first connect.
  • It's one way for now. Edits you make in Daykite to an imported task are replaced the next time it changes in To Do. Delete an imported task in Daykite and it stays deleted here.

Imported tasks work with automations like any other task.
