#The calendar

An event I expected isn't on my calendar.

• Is its Space hidden? Settings → Spaces — switch it to On calendar.
• Is Everything ▾ narrowed to another Space, or a team chip selected?
• Did you decline it? Declined invitations are hidden unless Show declined events is on in Appearance.
• Is it from Google? Press Sync now on the Google Calendar card, and check that calendar is switched on in Choose calendars.

Why does someone's event just say "Busy"? It's in a Space you're not in, or its owner marked it Busy only. You can see the time is taken, never what it is — see Spaces and privacy.

I can't drag an event. Only the organiser can move an event. Invitations you received stay where their organiser put them.

Times look wrong after travelling. Daykite shows times in the zone on Settings → Profile, not wherever your laptop is. Update it there.

Daykite said I'm "already busy" when I made an event. The new event overlaps something (including its buffer). Choose Move to the free slot right after, or Keep anyway if the overlap is fine.

#Bookings

My booking page says it isn't taking bookings. Check that the Bookings module is on, Allow external booking is on in Privacy, and at least one meeting type is Live.

A day I'm free shows no times. Times have to fit inside your hours (or the type's own), clear of breaks, preferred focus time and events — including the gap after. Check the day isn't past the type's most per day, beyond bookable up to, or a Space holiday. See How a time becomes bookable.

A guest got "Sam will send you the link" instead of a Meet link. Google couldn't make a room when they booked. Open the event, choose Create a Google Meet link, and send it on. If it keeps happening, reconnect Google Meet on Integrations. See Google Meet.

#Tasks and projects

I can't see a project a colleague mentioned. Projects are visible only to their people and the Space's owners and admins. Ask the project's lead to add you on its People tab.

I can't assign someone to a task. Only a project's people can be assigned. Add them to the project first.

#Automations

My rule didn't do anything. Open History on the rule. Skipped runs say why — usually an Only… filter. No runs at all? Check it's On, and that the thing happened to you — see Run history and troubleshooting.

#Integrations

Google Calendar says "Reconnect needed". Google stopped accepting the connection — it was revoked in your Google account, or expired. Choose Reconnect.

A change I made didn't reach Google. Open the event. If it couldn't be sent, a note says why. Change the event and save to try again.

Gmail labelled mail isn't turning into tasks. The label name on the Gmail card must match Gmail exactly. The card shows the last check and any error.

#Account

I lost my phone and can't sign in with two-factor. On the two-factor screen, choose Use a recovery code and enter one of the codes you saved when you turned two-factor on.

How do I get all my data out? Settings → Account → Your data → Export everything. See Your data.
