Daykite
Your data

Delete your account.

Deleting removes your account and what's in it straight away — there's no waiting period and nothing to cancel afterwards. It can't be undone, so export anything you want to keep first.

If you can sign in

Three steps, and it’s done.

  1. 1. Sign in and open Settings → Account. Export your data first if you want a copy — it’s on the same page.
  2. 2. Choose Delete account, and confirm with your password (or by typing your email address, if you sign in with Google).
  3. 3. That’s it. You’re signed out everywhere, and the account is gone.

If you pay for seats, cancel them in Manage billing first, so you aren’t charged for an account that no longer exists. Daykite will say so if you try.

If you can’t sign in

Email us and we’ll do it.

Write to help@daykite.com from the address on the account, and say you want it deleted. We use that address to check it’s yours — we can’t delete an account on the word of someone we can’t identify.

We’ll confirm within a few days and delete it within 30 days of confirming. If the address no longer works, write from any address and tell us what you remember about the account — we may ask for more before going ahead.

What’s deleted
  • Your profile: name, email address, photo, preferences and sign-in details.
  • The Spaces you own, and the calendars, events, tasks, projects, routines, goals and protected time in them.
  • Your assistant history — every conversation, suggestion and rating — from its separate database.
  • Connected accounts (Google and the rest), booking pages and bookings you host, devices registered for notifications, and every session on every device.
What isn’t, and why
  • Events you organised in someone else's Space stay in their calendar, without your name on them — they're their records, not yours.
  • Copies in encrypted backups are overwritten as those backups rotate, rather than reached into and edited.
  • Records we're required to keep, such as invoices for payments already made.

The same thing, in more detail and in legal terms, is in the privacy policy. Deleting the app from your phone doesn’t delete the account — only this does.
