Jira
Issues assigned to you in the Jira Cloud projects you choose, in Daykite lists of your own — with due dates and priority.
Experimental. Integrations are still being tested. They may not run, or may give incomplete or wrong results — check anything important yourself, and tell us what goes wrong.
Connect Jira, choose projects, and the issues assigned to you in them come into Daykite lists of your own. Due dates, priority and status follow within about ten minutes. It works with Jira Cloud, including several sites on one Atlassian account.
It needs Tasks switched on in Settings → Modules.
Connect
Integrations → Jira → Connect Jira, choose the site, and Accept. Daykite asks to read Jira issues and your user details — it can't create, edit or transition issues.
Choose projects
Choose lists on the Jira card shows your projects (named with their site if you have more than one). Tick the ones you want and pick a Daykite list for each.
What comes across
| In Jira | In Daykite |
|---|---|
| An issue assigned to you | A task titled with its key, like OPS-7 Rotate keys, linking to the issue |
| Due date | Due date |
| Highest, High (or Blocker, Critical) | High priority; Low and Lowest stay low |
| A status in the Done category | Marked done |
| Reassigned to someone else | Removed from your list |
- Finished issues aren't brought in when you first connect.
- It's one way for now. Change issues in Jira; Daykite follows.
- Jira Server and Data Center aren't supported — only Jira Cloud.
