Your data

Your data is yours. Settings → Account → Your data lets you take it with you at any time — no request, no waiting.

#Export everything

Export everything → Download gives you one JSON file, daykite-export-2026-09-17.json, with:

• your profile and settings (modules, colours, preferences),
• your Spaces and memberships,
• your events — ones you organised and ones you were invited to,
• your tasks — ones you created and ones assigned to you,
• your routines and their periods,
• your working hours and breaks,
• your meeting types and bookings,
• your notification choices.

JSON is readable by any developer, spreadsheet tool or script — it's meant for moving to something else or keeping a backup.

#A calendar as .ics

Beneath it, each of your calendars has Download as an .ics file. Open it in Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook to bring those events across. The same files are under Integrations → Your calendars → Export .ics.

#Bookings as a spreadsheet

For bookings, Export to Google Sheets on the Bookings page is often more useful than JSON — see Manage your bookings.

#Deleting your account

When you delete your account from Settings → Account, your data is removed. Download an export first if you might want it. See Profile, account and security.
