Airtable
Records from the Airtable tables you choose, as tasks in Daykite lists of your own — read from each table's own fields.
Experimental. Integrations are still being tested. They may not run, or may give incomplete or wrong results — check anything important yourself, and tell us what goes wrong.
Connect Airtable and choose tables. Their records come into Daykite lists of your own as tasks, and stay in step within about ten minutes.
It needs Tasks switched on in Settings → Modules.
Connect
Integrations → Airtable → Connect Airtable, choose the bases Daykite may use, and Grant access. Daykite asks to read records, the shape of your bases, and your email address — it can't change anything in Airtable.
How Daykite reads a table
| Daykite needs | It uses |
|---|---|
| The task's name | The table's primary field |
| A due date | A date field called Due, Due date, Deadline, Date or When — otherwise the first date field |
| Whether it's done | A checkbox called Done, Complete or Completed, or a single select called Status set to something starting Done, Complete or Closed |
- Finished records aren't brought in when you first connect.
- Deleted records are removed from Daykite — unless they were already done.
- Daykite reads up to 2,000 records per table.
- It's one way for now. Change records in Airtable; Daykite follows.
