Toggl, Clockify and Harvest
Your tracked time beside what you planned — Toggl Track, Clockify and Harvest entries in a calendar of their own.
Experimental. Integrations are still being tested. They may not run, or may give incomplete or wrong results — check anything important yourself, and tell us what goes wrong.
Connect a time tracker and what you actually tracked appears on your calendar next to what you planned, in a calendar of its own — Toggl Track, Clockify or Harvest. It's easy to see where a day went differently from the plan.
- The last two weeks are kept in step, every 15 minutes. Sync now checks straight away.
- Edits and deletions in the tracker show up here too.
- Tracked time is never busy: it doesn't block your booking page or scheduling suggestions, and it doesn't count twice in Time Insights.
- The calendar is read-only. Change entries in the tracker.
Connect Toggl Track or Clockify
These use your own API token — the tracker's personal key, not a password:
| Tracker | Where to find it |
|---|---|
| Toggl Track | Profile settings → API Token |
| Clockify | Profile settings → API → Generate |
Paste it on the card and choose Connect. Daykite checks it with the tracker first, stores it encrypted, and only uses it to read your entries. Reset the token in the tracker at any time to cut Daykite off; the card then asks for a new one.
Connect Harvest
Integrations → Harvest → Connect, then Authorize application.
What each entry looks like
- Toggl and Clockify: at the times you tracked, titled with the description and project — Write report · Acme. A timer that's still running shows as (running) and grows until you stop it.
- Harvest: Harvest often keeps only hours, not clock times, so each entry is an all-day note on its day — 2.5 h · Website — Design — Wireframes.
