Account

  • Plan — Free gives you every calendar feature and 25 AI answers a month; Pro ($9.99) and Max ($49.99) are per person per month, with 100 and 600. See Settings → Plan & billing, and Plans and billing.
  • Your data — download everything, or a calendar as .ics. See Your data.
  • Language and region — English (UK) or English (US), which changes how dates are ordered, and Date format for dates written on their own.
  • Delete account — deletes your calendars, tasks, routines and history straight away. Spaces you own go with everything in them; Spaces you joined are simply left. Confirm with your password (or by typing your email address if you don't have one).

Security

Password

Enter your current password, then the new one twice — at least 12 characters. A passphrase beats a puzzle. Update password signs you out on every other device.

Two-factor authentication

A code from your phone at sign-in, so a leaked password isn't enough on its own.

  1. Authenticator app → Set up.
  2. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app — 1Password, Google Authenticator, Authy, or your phone's built-in passwords app. Can't scan? Type the Setup key instead.
  3. Enter the 6-digit code from the app and Turn on.
  4. Save your recovery codes somewhere safe. Each works once, for when your phone isn't to hand.

From then on, you're asked for a code each time you sign in. Under Recovery codes you can make new codes (the old ones stop working) or turn off two-factor — both need your password or a code.

Sessions & devices

Where you're signed in lists every browser and app with your account: the device, its address, and when it was last active. This device is the one you're using.

  • Sign out beside any session you don't recognise — it loses access on its very next request.
  • Sign out everywhere else leaves only this device signed in.
