Calendly

Experimental. Integrations are still being tested. They may not run, or may give incomplete or wrong results — check anything important yourself, and tell us what goes wrong.

Connect Calendly and every booking people make with you there appears on your Daykite calendar, in a calendar called Calendly in your Personal Space. Reschedules move the event; cancellations remove it.

#Connect

Integrations → Calendly → Connect, then Authorize on Calendly's screen. Daykite asks for three things:

Daykite can't create, change or cancel anything in Calendly.

#How fast bookings arrive

• Paid Calendly plans (Standard and up): straight away. Calendly tells Daykite as soon as someone books or cancels.
• Free plan: Calendly only offers instant notifications on paid plans, so Daykite checks for bookings every 15 minutes instead. The card says which applies to you.

Sync now on the card checks straight away. Daykite keeps the next three months of bookings, plus the past week, in step.

#What each event holds

• Title: the event type and who booked, e.g. Intro call with Ana Ruiz. A group event lists every guest.
• Call link: the Zoom, Google Meet or Teams link Calendly made, as Join the call.
• Place: the address, for in-person meetings.
• Notes: who booked, with their email address, plus any meeting notes.

The Calendly calendar is read-only in Daykite: change or cancel the booking in Calendly, and Daykite follows.

Calendly bookings are events like any other, so automations can act on them:

#Already syncing Google Calendar or Outlook?

Calendly usually writes bookings into your Google or Outlook calendar too, so connecting both can show a booking twice. Switch one off: turn off the Calendly calendar under Integrations → Your calendars, or stop Calendly adding events to your other calendar in Calendly's settings.

#Disconnect

Disconnect stops the webhook and removes Daykite's access at Calendly. Bookings already on your calendar stay, and the Calendly calendar is switched off.
