Privacy
What each Space can see of your calendar, whether colleagues can see when you're busy, and whether strangers can book you.
Settings → Privacy sets the defaults that decide who learns what about your time. Changes apply straight away, and any single event can still be set differently.
What each Space can see
Every Space you're in has a level:
| Level | Others in the Space see |
|---|---|
| Full details | Titles, times and details of your events in that Space |
| Busy only | That the time is taken — nothing more |
| Hidden | Nothing |
Your Personal Space is your own events; work Spaces only see that the time is taken.
When a Space's level and an event's Who can see it differ, the stricter one wins. An event marked Busy only stays busy-only in a Full details Space.
Availability sharing
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Share free/busy across your Spaces | On: colleagues finding a time with you see every hour you're busy, from all your Spaces — never what it is. Off: they only see busy time from the Spaces you share with them. |
| Allow external booking | Off: your public booking page says you aren't taking bookings, and nobody can book. |
| Show my time zone on invitations | Invitation emails add the time where you are, for guests in other zones. |
