Salesforce
Your open Salesforce tasks in a Daykite list, with due dates and priority, linking back to each record.
Experimental. Integrations are still being tested. They may not run, or may give incomplete or wrong results — check anything important yourself, and tell us what goes wrong.
Connect Salesforce and your open tasks — the ones you own — come into a Daykite list of your own, with due dates and priority. A task closed in Salesforce is ticked off here within about ten minutes.
It needs Tasks switched on in Settings → Modules.
Connect
Integrations → Salesforce → Connect Salesforce, sign in to your org, and Allow. Daykite asks for API access and to stay signed in, and only ever reads your own tasks.
Then Choose lists → tick My Salesforce tasks → pick a Daykite list → Save and import.
What comes across
| In Salesforce | In Daykite |
|---|---|
| An open task you own | A task, with its comments and due date, linking to the record |
| High or Low priority | High or low |
| Closed, deleted or reassigned | Ticked off |
- Production orgs only for now — not sandboxes.
- Some orgs only allow approved apps. If Salesforce says the app isn't approved, ask your Salesforce admin to allow Daykite.
- It's one way. Daykite never changes Salesforce.
