Acuity Scheduling and Eventbrite
Acuity appointments and Eventbrite events on your Daykite calendar, ready for prep-time and follow-up automations.
Experimental. Integrations are still being tested. They may not run, or may give incomplete or wrong results — check anything important yourself, and tell us what goes wrong.
Acuity Scheduling
Connect Acuity and appointments booked with you appear in a calendar called Acuity Scheduling — Consultation with Bob Lee, at the right time and length, with the place. Moved appointments move; cancelled ones disappear.
Integrations → Acuity Scheduling → Connect, then Allow. Daykite only reads appointments.
Eventbrite
Connect Eventbrite and the events you organise — in every organisation you're part of — appear in a calendar called Eventbrite, with their venue and a link to the event page.
Integrations → Eventbrite → Connect, then Allow. Daykite only reads your events.
For both
- Checked every 15 minutes; Sync now checks straight away. The past two weeks and the next three months are kept in step.
- These are real commitments, so they count as busy — your booking page won't offer those times.
- Automations: a new booking or event raises An event is created, and a cancellation An event is cancelled. Use
{event.calendar}in an If step to act only on these — for example, a 15-minute prep block before every Acuity appointment. What's already there when you first connect doesn't set anything off. - The calendars are read-only in Daykite; make changes in Acuity or Eventbrite.
