Where you meet
Video links, automatic Google Meet rooms, phone calls in either direction, and in-person addresses — and letting the guest choose.
Under Where in a meeting type, add how you'll meet. With more than one option, the guest picks on the booking page: "How would you like to meet?"
Video call
Choose the service — Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Other — then:
Google Meet: a new link for each booking
Choose A new Meet link for each booking. When a guest books, Daykite creates a Google Meet room in your Google account just for them. The link goes:
- on the calendar event, as Join the call,
- into the guest's confirmation email and calendar file,
- onto the booking in your Bookings list.
If the booking is rescheduled, the link stays the same.
This needs Google Meet connected — the editor shows Connect Google Meet if it isn't. See Google Meet.
Microsoft Teams: a new link for each booking
The same idea for Teams: choose Microsoft Teams → A new Teams link for each booking, and each guest gets a Teams meeting of their own, named after the meeting type and the guest (Intro call with Ana Ruiz). It needs Microsoft Teams connected with a work or school account. See Microsoft Teams. If Teams can't make the meeting when someone books, the booking still goes through, just as it does for Meet.
Zoom: a new link for each booking
Choose Zoom → A new Zoom link for each booking and each guest gets a scheduled Zoom meeting of their own, at the booked time and length, in your time zone. It needs Zoom connected. See Zoom.
Any service: the same link every time
For other services — or Google Meet, Teams or Zoom with The same link every time — paste your meeting link,
starting with https://. Every guest gets that link. It's a good fit for a personal meeting room.
Phone call
Choose who dials:

Your number is only shown after someone books, never on the public page.
In person
Enter the address. It's shown on the booking page — a guest needs to know where it is before choosing — and in the confirmation.
Several options
Add up to five. Use ↑ and ↓ to set the order they're shown in. The guest's choice is saved on the booking, so you can see at a glance on Bookings — "Zoom", "You call +44 7700 900456", "Northwind Studio, 14 Granary Square".
