How the routine builder works
Steps are laid end to end from your start time. The total is every step added up; the weekly time is that times the days it runs.
Examples
- A morning routine at 07:00 — water 5 min, exercise 30 min, breakfast 20 min, planning 10 min — takes 65 minutes and ends at 08:05. On weekdays that's 5 h 25 min a week.
Good for
- Designing a morning routine
- Winding down before bed
- Building a study or practice habit
Frequently asked questions
- How long should a morning routine be?
- Long enough to do what matters to you and short enough to keep doing — many people land between 30 and 90 minutes. Start small and add steps once it sticks.
- Can I use it for an evening routine?
- Yes — any routine with steps and a start time.
