Real-time analytics dashboards on top of existing CRM data — pipeline health, rep performance and forecast accuracy, without waiting on a BI team.
A layer of real-time dashboards over whatever CRM a sales team already has — pipeline health, rep performance and forecast accuracy, refreshed live instead of in a Monday-morning export.
Sales leadership was flying on lagging indicators — a pipeline export that was stale by the time anyone opened it, and a forecast built on rep confidence rather than what the data actually showed. Nobody wanted to switch CRMs just to get better reporting.
We built a dashboard layer that sits on top of the CRM the team already uses — native connectors for Salesforce and HubSpot, plus a generic API adapter for anything else — so nothing about the sales team's daily workflow changes. Forecast accuracy is tracked against actuals over time instead of this quarter's guess, and rep-level views are built for coaching, not surveillance.
The forecast dashboard now lands within four percent of actuals — close enough to change how a sales lead plans a quarter — and leadership sees pipeline movement the moment it happens instead of on a Monday-morning export.
Forecast variance dropped from roughly eighteen percent to four percent within two quarters of go-live.
Unfinished and posted anyway. Drag, swipe, or use the arrows — these change often.
The pieces that make up this project, shipped and in production.
"Our quarterly planning meetings used to start with an argument about whose number was right. Now they start with the number and move straight to what we do about it."
